ISB Plastering & Rendering terms of agreement when booking.
WORKING AREA/PREPARATION/POWER/WATER ACCESS & RUBBISH
Access to power and water is required during the work.
Rubbish will be bagged and stacked neatly for customers to dispose of, on larger jobs the customers are to arrage a skip.
Rooms/ working areas must be clear of all belongings and furniture. This allows for equipment and full access to surfaces, if rooms are not clear, we may have to reschedule the job or charge accordily for the time required to move furniture unless it has been pre- agreed and included in the original quote.
When plastering over existing walls, all wallpaper must be removed in advance incuding any backing paper. If the wallpaper has not be removed, we may have to reschedule the job unless this has been pre- agreed and included in the original quote.
ARRIVAL TIMES/WORKING HOURS & ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Arrival times can vary depending on material collections and traffic conditions but will usually be between 8 am and 9 am .
Access to the property and working area/ room(s)is required. If access to the property is delayed/obstructed , we may need to reschedule the job or charge accordingly for job delays.
CHANGES TO SCOPE OF OF WORK/SCHEDULING OTHER TRADES PEOPLE
Changes to the scope of work must be made in advance and communicated before starting the job. When scheduling other trades people to undertake work in the same area advance notice must be guven and where possible trades should be booked either before or after plastering work starts.
ADDITIONAL / UNPLANNED WORK NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL QUOTE.
If you would like addional / extra jobs completed that are not included in the original quote then we will assess the extra work to determine if it can be completed in the same time frame. If the additional work can not be completed in the same time frame, we will give the customer the option to schedule the work on the next available slot.
Please note : Unplanned additional work will be priced and invoiced separately. If the customer wants extra work done, they will be given a price for additional work before undertaking the work. If we discover that additional / unplanned work is required to continue the project. This will be highlighted and discussed with the customer before undertaking the work.
Payments for additional / unplanned work are due immediately( due on receipt). Invoices will be raised on completion of additional work and are due for payment immediately.
Making a booking with our company will indicate that you have read and agree to our terms of agreement.

STAGE PAYMENT AGREEMENT
There are two payments involved, One is a booking deposit, which makes up 50% of the total price quoted. The booking deposit is taken at the point of booking and is used to purchase items needed in order to undertake the agreed works. The booking deposit is also used as security for both parties on agreed date when booking. The second payment makes up the remaining 50%. This is due at the end of the job. All invoices are marked "due on receipt " meaning invoices are due for payment immdiately.
On larger jobs where a number of weeks will be required, we may be required to break down the 50% balance into smaller weekly payments until the job is completed; this is for cash flow purposes and to ensure we cover our suppliers and labour costs. If this is necessary, we will discuss it during the project.
DEPOSIT TERMS
Once payment of the booking deposithas been made, a cooloing off period of 48 hrs is in place should you have to cancel for any reason. Within this period, the deposit will be be fully reimbursed. Once this cooling off period expires, the booking deposit becomes non- refundable execpt under circumstances in which ISB Plastering & Rendering are unable to carry out the agreed works or are unable to honour the agreed start date within a period of 72hours, giving the client the option to cancel.
Should our company cease trading, your deposit/any money owed to you will be paid in full.
DIGITAL CONTENT AGREEMENT
During works, we may use images and videos from the project to put on our websites as examples to showcase some of the services we provide to customers. Personal information such as job address etc will not be shared. If you would prefer to opt out of this agreement, please let us know before work commences.
Reciept of deposit payment will indicate that you have read and agree to these terms.
