Step 1: The Green Light: We receive an official lab certificate confirming zero asbestos content.
Step 2: Fully Insured Preparation: Because the material is certified safe, my public liability insurance fully covers the work, allowing me to safely prep the surface.
Step 3: The Premium Finish: I apply a flawless, smooth plaster skim over the ceiling, leaving you with a modern, perfectly flat surface ready for painting.

Step 1: Stop & Secure: If results confirm asbestos, work is halted immediately to ensure no hazardous fibres are disturbed.
Step 2: Specialist Intervention: I advise you to bring in a licensed, specialist asbestos contractor.
Step 3: Safe Remediation: The specialist team takes over using strict engineering controls—such as H-Class HEPA vacuums, controlled air filtration, and safe overboarding or removal—to neutralize the hazard.
Step 4: The Clearance Certificate: Once finished, the specialists issue a legal clean-air and clearance certificate proving the room is 100% safe.
Step 5: The Premium Finish: With the clear certificate in hand, I step back in to apply the final, smooth plaster finish over the safe, newly boarded ceiling.
